De Website http://www.alpharesearch.nl/ (hierna: “de Website”) is samengesteld en wordt beheerd door Alpha Research (hierna: AR), gevestigd te Varsseveld (kantooradres: Lijsterstraat 45, 7051 XS Varsseveld), KvK 54731895.
Bij het bezoeken van de Website verklaart u zich akkoord met onderstaande algemene voorwaarden. De Website is uitsluitend bedoeld voor professionele beleggers.
Artikel 1. Doel van de Website
1.1 De Website van AR is een onafhankelijk research platform dat professionele beleggers zo objectief mogelijk tracht te informeren over asset allocatie, fonds selectie, en research producten, zoals visies, rapporten en modellen. Naast informatie van de redactie, biedt de Website ook beleggingsinstellingen en fondshuizen de mogelijkheid om hun visie en expertise via deze Website met professionele beleggers te delen.
1.2 Alpha Research geeft geen investeringsadvies op de Website en wil dit geenszins doen (zie ook Artikel 3 van deze Algemene Voorwaarden).
Artikel 2. Gebruik van de Website
2.1 Het is niet toegestaan de Website, alsmede de daarop geplaatste informatie te gebruiken voor commerciële doeleinden zonder voorafgaande toestemming van AR.
Artikel 3. Géén beleggingsadvies
De op/via de Website verstrekte informatie is geen aanbod, beleggingsadvies of financiële dienst. De informatie is ook niet bedoeld om enig persoon/de bezoeker aan te zetten tot het kopen of verkopen van enig product noch bedoeld als basis voor een beleggingsbeslissing, en mag als zodanig ook niet worden geïnterpreteerd.
Artikel 4. Intellectueel eigendom
4.1 Alpha Research is een geregistreerd handelsmerk. De Website is eigendom van Alpha Research en is beschermd door het auteursrecht en de intellectuele eigendomsrechten. Alle rechten zijn voorbehouden.
4.2 Alle intellectuele eigendomsrechten ter zake op de Website geplaatste content, berusten uitsluitend bij AR en/of partijen die hebben ingestemd met plaatsing van de content op de Website.
4.3 Onder content wordt onder andere (doch niet uitsluitend) verstaan: teksten, audio visuele opnamen, grafische elementen en software.
4.3 Het is niet toegestaan om zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van (of via) AR content van de Website openbaar te maken, te verveelvoudigen, te kopiëren, te reproduceren, in licentie te geven of te verkopen of aan een derde beschikbaar te stellen.
4.4 U heeft de toestemming om pagina's van de Website te downloaden, te bekijken op één enkele PC (laptop of tablet) of uit te printen, in de mate dat dit redelijkerwijs noodzakelijk is voor eigen gebruik, dus met uitsluiting van commerciële doeleinden.
4.5 Voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming kan worden verzocht via het e-mailadres van AR.
Artikel 5. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
5.1 De informatie die op de website wordt geplaatst, geschiedt onder verantwoordelijkheid van de redactie, met uitzondering van informatie in advertenties van derden of informatie verkregen via hyperlinks naar internetsites van derden. AR beoogt te allen tijde juiste, volledige en geactualiseerde informatie te verstrekken die is gebaseerd op betrouwbaar geachte informatiebronnen. 5. 3 AR is niet aansprakelijk en biedt geen waarborg voor het ononderbroken en foutloos functioneren van deze Website, en voor de gevolgen van het niet kunnen, beschadigd, verkeerd, of niet tijdig ontvangen of verzenden van e-mailberichten. 7.2 AR behoudt zich het recht voor de inhoud van deze algemene voorwaarden te wijzigen.
7.3 Vragen, opmerkingen of klachten over (het gebruik van) de Website kunt u sturen naar het e-mailadres van AR.
7.4 Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zullen worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd overeenkomstig de Nederlandse wetgeving. Op elke vordering of procedure met betrekking tot deze Algemene Voorwaarden of het Privacy beleid is het Nederlands recht van toepassing en zal, indien noodzakelijk, voor de Rechtbank in Den Haag worden gebracht.
