It’s all in the mix. On 26 October 2021, Alpha Research organized the seminar ‘Markets at a Crossroads – It’s all in the mix’ in The Hotel, Brussels, together with Nordea Asset Management and Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Have equities become too expensive and how should the ESG integration be achieved?

The mix

The economic fallout caused by the pandemic is forcing governments around the world to develop policies not just for stimulating the global economy, but also to respond to climate change and to tackle the social inequalities that have once again been highlighted by the spread of the virus.

In parallel, the EU Green deal has the ambitious plan to make Europe the first climate neutral continent in the world with huge investments in e.g. infrastructure and energy to be expected. How do you deal with this changing environment?

It is allowed to use the dividends on a series of government shareholdings to invest in new shareholdings.
